In Catoosa: Ramp Closure and Flagging Operations Announcement EXIT RAMP CLOSURE: The Oklahoma Department of Transportation will begin implementing traffic control modifications starting Wednesday, March 12, 2025 in Catoosa. The exit ramp from westbound I-44 and US-412 to northbound SH-66 will be closed from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on March 12 for the modifications. Work on this section may continue through Tuesday, March 18. FLAGGING OPERATIONS: Once the exit ramp to northbound SH-66 from westbound I-44 and US-412 is finished, traffic flagging operations [for construction trucks entering and exiting roadway] will take place on the eastbound ramp from 193rd Street onto eastbound I-44 and US-412. This is expected to begin on Friday, March 14 and may continue until Friday, March 21.

The Catoosa Maintenance Yard will be open this Saturday, March 8th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Open to city of Catoosa residents only. Please provide driver's license as proof of residency. We gladly accept the following solid waste: • Large furniture items • Mattresses • Carpeting • Home remodeling debris • T.V.s • Appliances with refrigerants or CFCs removed • Car and truck tires with rims removed • Tree branches, but NO bagged leaves or grass We do NOT accept: • Anything in trash bags because if it is small enough to fit in a trash bag it will fit in your trash can. • Household garbage • Leaves • Paint • Batteries • Oil • Dead animals • Caustic or hazardous chemicals or materials of any kind • Materials containing asbestos, cylinders or other containers of compressed gas • Containers with oil, gasoline, diesel fuel or hydrocarbons, or other problematic products Removal of items from dumpsters is strictly prohibited.
