The City Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer for the municipality of The City of Catoosa and is responsible to the City Council for the entire administration of the city government.  He performs under the guidelines of the Oklahoma Municipal Code and other such guidelines as established by law or adopted by the City Council as deemed prudent or necessary.
